Order Cancellation

At Bhartia Chat Bhandar, we strive to prepare fresh food for every order.
  • You can cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it.
  • Once the restaurant accepts the order and preparation begins, cancellation is not allowed.
  • If you entered the wrong address, please contact support immediately.

âš ī¸ Note: Frequent cancellations may lead to account suspension.

Refund Policy

We take full responsibility if something goes wrong from our end. You are eligible for a refund if:
  • Items are missing from your order.
  • The food delivered is incorrect or spoiled.
  • The packaging was severely damaged during delivery.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment source within 5-7 business days.

Returns

Due to the nature of food and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns once the food has been delivered.

If you have an issue with the quality, please take a photo and share it with us on WhatsApp immediately.
